SEG has the perspective of providing a dedicated external resource to focus on a project and ensure a neutral point of view at a number of companies.
SEG was engaged by an international pharmaceutical and data services company manage their implementation of a global CRM application. SEG developed a project plan to map out resource constraints and dependecies, developed a data migration strategy and data cleansing protocol, and directed resources on a global level to ensure completion of key activities. As a result, the project was completed on schedule.
