Many companies are looking for ways to identify and leverage their strengths and weaknesses as a way to support their organization's objectives. SEG has the perspective of working with a number of companies to compare their current state and desired end-state to enable the design and implementation of programs to become a higher performer. Here is an example of a representative client success:
SEG was engaged by a large imprintable sportswear distributor to assess continuous turnover resulting in lack of company culture to ultimately stabilize the team and ensure that key accounting and tasks were completed. Our consultants were able to manage the work load by identifying and prioritizing those tasks that were most pressing and fill six senior level accounting and finance positions. As a result, morale was positively affected as the work load on existing employees was lifted, accounting and reporting tasks were successfully transitioned to the new team, and the client thinks of SEG as a partner.
