Franca Felcher, CTS, leads the Interim Resources and Office Solutions teams in Philadelphia where she manages temporary staffing services for accounting and finance positions, as well as temporary and permanent positions for office support professionals. Franca has nearly 20 years of experience in the temporary staffing industry and has been SEG’s top temporary placement producer for over five years. Franca received a bachelor’s degree in industrial psychology from Moravian College and is a Certified Temporary Staffer. |

Kathy Keeler is business development manager responsible for selling interim resources for accounting and finance positions, as well as interim and permanent positions for office support professionals. Kathy received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State University, and realized shortly thereafter that she was more interested in working with people than numbers. She has been recognized as “Top Salesperson of the Year” each year the award has been given at SEG. |
