Margaret Stribling oversees our A&F Transformation services, with a particular focus on Business Transformation and Outsourced Accounting. She also serves as the lead for both the Energy and Manufacturing & Industrial Supply verticals. Margaret brings over 20 years of experience within the Big 4, industry and consulting. Her expertise includes business transformation and optimization, financial reporting and managing multiple complex projects. Margaret is a hands-on manager focused on making our clients successful, especially when it comes to improving efficiencies and effectiveness of accounting departments through system automation, process improvements and leveraging team members’ strengths. She combines excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze, summarize and communicate complex information to all management levels.

Prior to joining SolomonEdwards, Margaret worked in public accounting and corporate controllership roles spanning multiple industries, including oil field services, oil and gas and energy trading. She began her career at PwC, where her clients were primarily in the energy and manufacturing industries.

What do you do outside of work to relax and recharge?

Spend time with large family and friends, scrapbooking and running with my “Run like a Mother” team.

What is your proudest personal or professional accomplishment?

Worthing Scholarship received during graduation commencement services.

What is your favorite nonprofit to support?

National Charity League since I get to serve the community together with my daughter.

If you could jump on a plane tomorrow and go anywhere in the world, where would you travel and why?

Santorini, Greece because of the beautiful sunsets and very close to where my husband & I got married in Greece.

Who or what is your biggest inspiration?

My faith and my mother’s inspiration with her strength, patience & dedication to her family.

What part of your work day do you most look forward to?

The morning, because it’s the only part I can typically predict.
