Our Leaders

Tamzen Harrington has over 20 years of accounting, finance, recruiting, operations, and management experience.

Prior to joining SEG, Tammy was with the permanent staffing division at Kforce. After six months, she was promoted to manager of the permanent staffing division. Tammy started her career with Pricewaterhouse LLP where she assisted clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, and utility industries. In addition to audit engagements, she was involved in two initial public offerings, conducted audit entry training, and the formal mentoring of 15 staff members.

Tammy received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also a Board Member and active volunteer for The Career Wardrobe, a nonprofit organization helping women in transition return to the workforce.
