Nancy Mazzone has more than 18 years of experience managing human resources (HR) initiatives for a variety of professional services firms.

As HR director, she is responsible for establishing and developing a progressive HR function. Prior to SEG, Nancy was a senior human resources manager at Susquehanna International Group, LLP, and was employed by Arthur Andersen, LLP, as an experienced manager in multiple functional areas.

Nancy has participated in the development and implementation of global programs related to performance management and professional development, the use of metrics to perform statistical analysis, compensation structuring, employee relations, policy development and interpretation, teambuilding and facilitation, forecasting and talent selection using targeted behavioral interviewing techniques, succession planning, development of executive level training programs, and administration of health and welfare plans and 401(k).

Nancy received a master’s degree in human resources development from Villanova University in Villanova, Pa. and a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pa. where she received the Scholastic Achievement Award and is a member of the alumni board of directors. She is a member of the adjunct faculty at Rosemont College and Villanova University and is the author of “ROI: the Road Less Traveled” which appeared in the Philadelphia Regional Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) chapter news.
