Jack Causa, CPA, is a partner with SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC (SEG) and manages the Washington DC Capital region. In his role, Jack will have
overall responsibility for client service, operations, growth and business
development. With over 20 years in the DC Metro market, Jack brings an
executive level perspective to the CFO organization that will help businesses
manage their accounting and finance departments and resources effectively.
Jack has held a number of executive level positions in sales,
management, operations and finance that has transformed organizations. Prior to
joining SEG, Jack was the Senior Vice President – Group Executive of a national
boutique specialty firm servicing the Finance and Accounting communities. He
introduced a productivity model that
improved sales and resulted in the only division of a $2
billion parent that had year over year growth in a down economy.
Previously, Jack was a
Partner and Managing Director at two top consulting firms. He built and led a
team producing 1100% revenue growth resulting in the Washington office of an
international consulting firm being named "Market of the Year – Worldwide". Past
positions included President - Finance and Accounting, at a large national
staffing/recruiting firm, where Jack led the integration of 17 company owned offices
with 44 offices of an acquired company to produce in a $250 million division
with the highest profits per employee and the lowest turnover of management;
Vice President Operations, where he was involved in the
company’s IPO; and Director – Financial Services and Manager Internal Audit,
for a Fortune 500 consumer products/pharmaceutical company. Jack gained
his initial experience with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
Jack graduated with a
bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton, in Dayton, OH and
has taken graduate courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has also
completed a Leadership Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg
School of Management. Jack is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
