Our Leaders

Amy Daly is the managing director of the New York/New Jersey market as well as co-director for the Philadelphia market. She is also responsible for the corporate marketing and knowledge management teams.

Amy has over 18 years of financial management expertise, including financial, corporate governance, merger and acquisition, system implementation, business intelligence, and general accounting experience.

Prior to joining SEG, Amy was the vice president of finance for HCI Direct where she was responsible for assisting with the company's turn-around. Prior to that, Amy was the vice president of Finance for Exelon Infrastructure Services where she drove acquisition integration and focused on positioning the company for an initial public offering. Additionally, Amy spent eight years with NovaCare, Inc., a national rehabilitation provider, where she developed and implemented the finance strategy for the organization including revising, training, and implementing a new pricing and contracting mechanism as well as implementing a daily, web-based, metric-based reporting system. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia.

Amy earned an MBA from Villanova University in Villanova, Pa. and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
